The entire complex of King Shlomo, as part of an urban renewal program, is planned for the tender of Complex A, where a total of 655 residential units will be built in 10 buildings. The buildings will have mixed-use, combining residential units with commercial spaces on the ground floor, alongside public facilities for the benefit of the neighborhood's residents.

A guiding principle in the design is the arrangement and prominence of balconies with recesses to allow for the integration of urban nature into the living space, providing optimal light and ventilation

Master plan

The structure of the three-dimensional balconies creates new spatial situations with opportunities for neighborly interactions while ensuring privacy and connection between the interior and exterior of residential units, bridging the gap between the built environment and nature - "for everyone a garden".
