Lochamay Betar Complex | Ramla

The Lochamay Betar Complex is a complementary urban plan for the North Park neighborhood in Kiryat Menachem, Ramla. The project proposes a mixed-use development comprising 287 residential units distributed across four buildings ranging from 7 to 25 storeys, alongside commercial spaces, employment areas, and public buildings serving both existing residents and future populations.

The complex is located adjacent to the mass transit system (the Brown Line) along the eastern edge of the new development, enabling intensive residential and employment development and reinforcing the site’s role as a transit-oriented urban node.

The project is organized across three plots: Plots 1 and 3 are designated for residential use, while Plot 2 is allocated for employment functions. The entire development is structured around a central public garden with a total area of approximately 2.4 dunams. Over 50% of the site is dedicated to intensive and diverse landscaping, including lawns, shaded walking paths, playgrounds, and various gathering and seating areas.

This shared green space enhances the quality of life and well-being of both the project’s residents and the wider neighborhood community, serving as an accessible social and recreational heart for the area.
